Network * Infrastructure Project Engineer required to work for a company based in Romford, Essex. Basic salary £25k - 30k + excellent benefits (including private healthcare, life insurance & pension etc). This position offers excellent opportunities. The role will involve a considerable amount of travel to numerous sites throughout the United Kingdom. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay away form home 1–2 nights per week. Therefor, it would be beneficial for the successful candidate to be located within commutable distance of Poole, within easy reach of the M25 due to the travelling required for this role. Key attributes: - The successful candidate should come from a consultancy * project timeline drive environment. The role will involve the delivery of Infrastructure Projects. These tasks can range from the installation of a new server into the Datacenter, the systems analysis and migration of an 80 user acquisition to a 5 - 80 user office move. You should have an amount of project management experience, be self starting and be able to work on your own initiative. Your technical skills should focus around the Microsoft * Citrix arena but your skills also need to be broad, as the user environments at acquisition site can vary immensely. Must be experienced in the following: - Microsoft Windows NT4 – 2003, Domains and Active Directory, Exchange 5.5 and 2000, TCP*IP, LAN and WAN, Cisco IOS, Citrix Metaframe XP, Microsoft Office & Firewalls. min. 6 OLevels * GCSEs req`d.
